What will you be doing?
·
Develops and executes comprehensive
marketing strategies for easyhome to support business growth, customer
acquisition, and retention goals. This includes leading the development and
execution of a robust event and promotional calendar, planning, implementing,
and evaluating marketing and promotional campaigns that drive in-store traffic
and sales.

Anticipates marketing and industry trends
and customer needs to inform marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
·
Collaborates with stakeholders across
operations, purchasing, retail, and finance to align objectives with business
priorities.
·
Ensures consistent and compelling
messaging across all marketing channels, including in-store, digital, web,
flyer, and lifecycle channels. Recommends, tests, and optimizes the channel mix
to ensure full optimization of the budget towards data-backed results.
·
Works with the internal marketing team and
cross-functional stakeholders on project management of sales events/campaigns,
new product launches, or product updates, including managing cross-functional
department requirements to execute effectively.
·
Owns the direct mail and printed flyer
program for easyhome, including analytics, model optimization, creative
testing, and exploration of new customer lead sources and opportunities.
·
Builds relationships with field employees
(store staff, regional managers, divisional vice presidents) to help drive
customer-facing marketing initiatives and support local marketing programs at
the store level.
·
Manages relationships with internal and
external business partners/stakeholders, including external agency partners,
operating in an IAT model to move creative development and media campaigns
forward.
·
Analyzes market data, sales trends, and
campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth.
·
Leverages data insights to refine
marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
·
Tracks KPIs to measure the effectiveness
of marketing efforts and presents actionable insights to stakeholders.
·
Manages the budget to drive the highest
possible ROI on marketing spend.
What experience do you
have?
·
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
·
Has 5+ years of experience in retail
marketing with a proven track record of driving results.
·
Demonstrates proven experience in value
proposition development and adherence, with a strong understanding of creative
strategy and a keen eye for design.
·
Shows demonstrated success in planning and
executing impactful promotions and campaigns.
·
Possesses exceptional communication and
influencing skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
·
Maintains a data-driven mindset with
expertise in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns using
Google Analytics and MicroStrategy.
·
Is proficient in digital marketing tools;
experience with SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is an asset.
·
Displays strong organizational skills,
with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
·
Builds relationships at all levels of the
organization, with the ability to present ideas and solutions to a range of
audiences, including senior leadership.
· Is a strong team player, with a willingness to jump in and do what it takes to get the job done.
