Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately and ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics with transportation and operations teams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries and maintaining relationships.
  • Support the sales team by organizing sample orders and assisting with order-related needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor order statuses, communicate updates to clients, and address shipment-related issues such as damages or returns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and process courier shipments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent workplace experience.
  • One to two years of experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central is an asset but not required.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
