Key Responsibilities:
- Enter
customer orders accurately and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Schedule
shipments and coordinate logistics with transportation and operations
teams.
- Serve
as a key point of contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries and
maintaining relationships.
- Support
the sales team by organizing sample orders and assisting with
order-related needs.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process
improvements.
- Monitor
order statuses, communicate updates to clients, and address
shipment-related issues such as damages or returns.
- Maintain
accurate customer records and data in the CRM system.
- Prepare and process courier shipments as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree,
diploma, or equivalent workplace experience.
- One
to two years of experience in customer service, order entry, or sales
support roles.
- Strong
organizational skills and exceptional verbal and written communication
abilities.
- Proficiency
with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge
of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central is an asset but not
required.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
