Responsibilities
- Receiving
and order entry
- Invoicing
- Ensure
accurate and timely delivery by liaising with warehouse and freight
companies
- Assists
in maintaining current customer information in ERP system
- Ensures
internal policies are followed (pricing checks, minimum order size
followed, customer complaint tracking, etc.)
- Process
courier shipments
- Assists
in processing customer credits and returns
- Inventory
control (cycle counts, adjustments, short dated product management)
