Responsiblities:

  • Prepare quotes and invoices
  • Prepare service agreements
  • Prepare, review and modify templates, word documents, excel templates
  • Accounts payable and receivables
  • Bookeeping, credit card and expenses reconciliation
  • Process invoices and expenses
  • Deposit cheques through scanner
  • Log inventory for product samples that arrive for product release
  • Client relations. Check on clients with new projects
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for staff
  • Other administrative duties as required

Experience/Skills/Education qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years administrative and bookeeping experience
  • At least 1 year xxperience with Quickbooks online
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
  • Well versed in using the search engines, ability to conduct keyword searches
  • Can work independently with little to no supervision
  • Highly accurate and attention to detail
  • Can look at the big picture to provide process improvement feedback
  • Lives between Hamilton to Oakville area
  • Ability to multitask, disciplined to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Work in a fast paced entrepreneurial working environment
  • Expected to come into office 2-3 days a week for 1-2 hours. Remaining time is working remotely.
