Responsiblities:
- Prepare
quotes and invoices
- Prepare
service agreements
- Prepare,
review and modify templates, word documents, excel templates
- Accounts
payable and receivables
- Bookeeping,
credit card and expenses reconciliation
- Process invoices and expenses
- Deposit
cheques through scanner
- Log
inventory for product samples that arrive for product release
- Client
relations. Check on clients with new projects
- Assist
in making travel arrangements for staff
- Other
administrative duties as required
Experience/Skills/Education
qualifications:
- 2
to 5 years administrative and bookeeping experience
- At
least 1 year xxperience with Quickbooks online
- Experience
using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Well
versed in using the search engines, ability to conduct keyword searches
- Can
work independently with little to no supervision
- Highly
accurate and attention to detail
- Can
look at the big picture to provide process improvement feedback
- Lives
between Hamilton to Oakville area
- Ability
to multitask, disciplined to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Work
in a fast paced entrepreneurial working environment
- Expected to come into office 2-3 days a week for 1-2 hours. Remaining time is working remotely.
