Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee
the preparation & maintenance of Supplier partner and product
information for database entry, ensuring alignment with business
objectives.
- Coordinate
with external Supplier partner and internal teams to ensure accurate and
up-to-date information is posted in the appropriate channels to the
network.
- Support
the Partnership executive team by managing administrative tasks and
facilitating effective communication and updates between internal
departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Collaborate
with the cruise department to coordinate HQ group bookings and develop
expertise as a subject matter expert on cruise booking tools to support
internal teams and advisors.
- Assist
with the management of vendor relationships, including follow-up on for
product offerings on a continuous basis.
- Communicate
product updates and announcements weekly to Travel Advisors through
various channels (email, newsletters, private Facebook groups).
- Collaborate
with the training team to ensure the weekly training program is fully
prepared, including confirming schedules, sharing panelist links, and
coordinating logistics when needed
- Stay
informed on industry trends and developments to optimize partnerships and
product offerings.
- Occasional
travel may be required for partner meetings or industry events.
- Undertake
additional responsibilities as needed to support business requirements, as
related to above.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Must
be professional, organized, and well-spoken, with excellent communication
skills.
- Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
- Experience
with CRM tools (Hubspot) or travel industry platforms, with a demonstrated
ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Exceptional
problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to
detail.
- Proven
ability to troubleshoot and independently resolve system and
process-related issues.
- A
proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and professional
development.
- Strong
time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous
sales or marketing experience within the Canadian travel industry is
considered an asset.
