Responsibilities
- Assist
in various home construction tasks, including site preparation, material
handling, and cleanup.
- Support
skilled tradespeople with tasks such as caulking, sanding, and minor
repairs.
- Operate
basic tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Ensure
work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load
and unload materials and tools as required.
- Follow
instructions from team leaders and supervisors to complete tasks
efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Some
experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not
required.
- Strong
work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability
to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
- Basic
understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety
guidelines.
Requirements
- Vulnerable
Sector Police Screening ( Valid within the last 6 months)
- Physical
stamina to handle manual labor tasks and work outdoors in various weather
conditions.
- Ability
to read, write, speak English.
