What you will do:

  • Make outbound calls to US partners to gather pricing information and update the database
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to basic customer questions, forwarding calls to appropriate personnel as needed
  • Record inbound call details in a CRM system with results of the inquiry
  • Process inbound and outbound calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
  • Perform data entry in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Interface with team members and management via MS Teams chat daily

Requirements of the role:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills (French is not mandatory or required)
  • Call center experience is required
  • Must be comfortable with multitasking across multiple browser tabs
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong de-escalation skills
  • This is a non-technical role, but it does involve some basic IT tasks, such as password resets
