Customer Support Representative

What you will do:
- Make
outbound calls to US partners to gather pricing information and update the
database
- Handle
inbound calls and respond to basic customer questions, forwarding calls to
appropriate personnel as needed
- Record
inbound call details in a CRM system with results of the inquiry
- Process
inbound and outbound calls in a manner that ensures service level
agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
- Perform
data entry in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are
met
- Interface
with team members and management via MS Teams chat daily
Requirements of the role:
- High
school diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong
English speaking and writing skills (French is not mandatory or required)
- Call
center experience is required
- Must
be comfortable with multitasking across multiple browser tabs
- Must
be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook
- Strong
de-escalation skills
- This is a non-technical role, but it does involve some basic IT tasks, such as password resets
