Duties
- Load
and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
- Manage
shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Utilize
basic math skills to verify quantities and ensure accuracy in order
picking.
- Operate
warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to facilitate the
movement of goods.
- Perform
order-picking tasks, ensuring that products are selected according to
customer specifications.
- Maintain
an organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols at all
times.
- Assist
with inventory management using MRP systems to track stock levels.
- Support
e-commerce operations by preparing orders for shipment in a timely manner.
Skills
- Minimum
2-3 years in order processing functions.
- Proficient
in loading and unloading goods with attention to safety.
- Experience
in shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
- Strong
basic math skills for accurate order verification.
- Familiarity
with order-picking techniques and warehouse distribution practices.
- Knowledge
of MRP systems for inventory tracking is a plus.
- Ability
to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely (certification preferred).
- Experience
with e-commerce fulfillment processes is advantageous.
- Excellent
attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong
communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
