Inbound Sales Development Representative

What you will do
- Qualify new inbound leads for our sales team to work
through Vena’s sale cycle
- Respond to all inbound inquiries with urgency within
prescribed SLAs over phone, email and social outreach
- Respond to all inquiries within Vena’s website chat bot
- Provide a world class experience for all inbound leads
that is up to Vena’s standards
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vena’s
solutions
- Track activity, and KPI’s in our CRM and Sales
Engagement Platform
- Attend weekly in-office team meetings to discuss
strategies, progress, and upcoming campaigns.
