What you will do

  • Qualify new inbound leads for our sales team to work through Vena’s sale cycle
  • Respond to all inbound inquiries with urgency within prescribed SLAs over phone, email and social outreach
  • Respond to all inquiries within Vena’s website chat bot
  • Provide a world class experience for all inbound leads that is up to Vena’s standards
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vena’s solutions
  • Track activity, and KPI’s in our CRM and Sales Engagement Platform
  • Attend weekly in-office team meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and upcoming campaigns.
