Responsibilities:
- Completing
the onboarding process for new clients
- Handling
client inquiries and providing accurate information about our debt relief
services
- Collecting
and organizing documents required for debt relief applications
- Following
up with clients who have not submitted necessary documents in a timely
manner
- Maintaining
and updating client records in our database
- Coordinating
with other team members to ensure smooth processing of client applications
- Providing
excellent customer service and building positive relationships with
clients
- Assisting
with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of
the company.
Qualifications:
- High
school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration
or related fields are a plus
- Proven
experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial
services or debt relief industry
- Excellent
organizational and time-management skills
- Strong
communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management
- Ability
to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
