Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers, providing information about tire products, services, and promotions.

Assist customers with scheduling appointments for tire installations, rotations, balancing, and other services.

Provide guidance on tire selection based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and budget.

Resolve customer issues related to products, services, or warranties in a timely and professional manner.

Communicate with the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and timely completion of customer appointments.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
