Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift

Your Responsibilities
- Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls
and customer inquiries
- Communicate with carriers, customer and suppliers
- Responsible for managing claims, investigation flow ups
and provide updates on order inquiries
- Manage Service KPI’s and reporting metrics
- Expedite rush order requests and follow up
- General administration task in supporting shipment
document flow and manage order exceptions to last minute customer
requirements
- Promotes safe work environment and support EHS policies
- Work with Supervisor and Management team to enhance
service levels
- Coordinate / data input details for client KPIs around
transport service
- Comply with GMP requirements as applicable
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to drive
increased productivity and service levels

Your Skills and
Experiences
- HS Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management
or similar field
- 2+ years of full-time customer service experience in a
warehousing or distribution environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft
Excel
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (CIEL)
- Strong ability to quantify results and create accurate reporting
