Other Job Requirements:
Must consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in
the VF Policy handbook.
Be willing and able to work in other departments as needed (Inbound,
Processing, Shipping)
Perform housekeeping duties as required while contributing to maintaining a
safe and clean work environment.
Consistently follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work
instructions
Meet and/or exceed all productivity standards/targets for each activity
performed while meeting all quality standards.
Must work well with minimal supervision in a team-based environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Good verbal communication skills in English required.
Ability to read pertinent information in English that is found on computer or
RF device screens, vendor cartons, pick tickets or shipping labels.
Demonstrated successful track record of working safely.
Demonstrated record of excellent attendance and punctuality
Flexibility and team focus when asked to perform other duties as required.
Ability to walk/stand all day and bend, lift and push.
Ability to work at height within our multi-level pick tower structure.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout his/her shift.
Distribution/Warehouse experience preferred.
