Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable and account
payable lead sheet
- Prepare monthly entries such as accruals and
deferrals
- Prepare IFRS16 and IFRS9 schedule
- Preparation of weekly and monthly KPI
- Manage credit limits, risk reporting and EDC
reconciliation.
- Provide monthly and weekly reporting to senior
management regarding the status of aged customer accounts.
- Continually monitor and assess the company’s
collection and credit policies to ensure they are achieving the intended result
and make or recommend changes where necessary.
- Assist in the annual external audit review process.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties
as may be requested.
- Assist the Corporate Controller with special
projects.
Position Requirements:
- You have obtained a degree/diploma in accounting.
- You have a minimum of 2 years full-time working
experience in full-cycle accounting.
- You have a working knowledge of MS Office programs.
