Essential Job Functions:

  • Integrity-Based Sales Approach: Create, pursue, and win business opportunities through a sales approach grounded in integrity.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects and existing clients. Establish exceptional relationships, repeat business and be a
  • Event Representation: Represent HANSAmed at tradeshows and other sponsored events to promote our products.
  • CRM Utilization: Effectively manage and document all customer interactions and activities within the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Opportunity Management: Utilize the CRM's Opportunity management tool to advance new business opportunities.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve monthly sales goals and activity objectives.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to increase brand awareness.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor competitive environments and stay updated on market requirements related to our product portfolio.
  • Educational Collaboration: Work with the Clinical Science Team to develop education strategies for prospects and customers.
  • Product Training: Organize and conduct product training sessions for professional organizations and customers.

Requirements:

  • Dental Experience required 2 to 5 years experience ideally a sales representative or dental hygienists or assistants
  • Self-Starter: Must be a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and live our core values of teamwork, providing excellence service, .
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills to build and foster customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, effective written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with mobile CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Power BI experience is a benefit.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in a business-to-business sales environment is an asset with proven results.
