In this role, your key
responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and recording guest reservations and
assigning tables.
- Greeting guests at the entrance of the dining room,
restaurant, or lounge and escorting them to tables or other seating areas.
- Staying familiar with the composition of all menu
items.
- Speaking with guests to ensure their satisfaction with
food and service and addressing any complaints.
- Accepting guest payments for food, beverages, and games
as needed.
- Cleaning designated areas as per downtime procedures,
morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements.
Qualifications

- You have customer service experience (preferably).
- You pay close attention to detail.
- You possess excellent communication and problem-solving
skills.
- You have the provincially applicable sell, sale, and
handling of alcohol certificate.
