- Monitor movement of supplies and materials
between departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Maintain work records and logs
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
- Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and
supplies
- Follow-up on issues with work orders
- Keep track of shipments
- Maintain vehicle operator work records
- Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities
of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics
