Position Summary:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing promotional activities, overseeing communication efforts, and supporting product development. This on-site role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the company's market presence and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market research data to enhance decision-making and optimize marketing strategies

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies and marketing programs

  • Assist in the creation and development of new products and services

  • Direct and maintain the company’s website and internal communication platforms

  • Oversee marketing campaigns and distribution networks to promote services

  • Create promotional materials to support sales and branding initiatives

  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication content

  • Coordinate and evaluate advertising and promotional activities

  • Manage media relations and maintain a positive public image for the company

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on effectiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment

Qualifications:

  • College/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in creating marketing materials and content

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Must be available to work on-site at our Mississauga location
