
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Receive
orders from sales representative or directly from customers - over the
telephone or using our Online system
- Email
confirmations to customers to ensure accuracy of current orders
- Handle
customer complaints along side the Sales Rep and follow up with
appropriate action and documentation
- Maintain
customer files ensuring all information in up to date
- Troubleshoot
customer order changes and ensure all updated information is posted
- Verify
pricing, docket information, PO, shipping and customer delivery
information
- Liaise
with sales team to define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Participate
in the NCR process
Qualifications:
- at
least 2 years business to business customer service experience within an
office setting
- a
high degree of computer literacy
- strong
organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- must
have strong personal values and integrity
- must have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
