Responsibilities:

  • Receive orders from sales representative or directly from customers - over the telephone or using our Online system
  • Email confirmations to customers to ensure accuracy of current orders
  • Handle customer complaints along side the Sales Rep and follow up with appropriate action and documentation
  • Maintain customer files ensuring all information in up to date
  • Troubleshoot customer order changes and ensure all updated information is posted
  • Verify pricing, docket information, PO, shipping and customer delivery information
  • Liaise with sales team to define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Participate in the NCR process

Qualifications:

  • at least 2 years business to business customer service experience within an office setting
  • a high degree of computer literacy
  • strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • must have strong personal values and integrity
  • must have a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
