Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selection.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Create visually appealing product displays to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain good product knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Process transactions at the cash register and handle customer payments.
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist with daily store operations.
- Stand for long periods of time and work with minimal supervision.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Customer service-driven with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to stock merchandise and create engaging displays.
- Strong product knowledge and keen attention to detail.
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
