Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of calls, provide exceptional customer service, and support office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare industry experience and medical terminology knowledge are considered assets but are not required.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage a high volume of calls while delivering professional and courteous service.
  • Provide accurate information, assist clients, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, and proprietary software to complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and business needs.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to support office workflow.
  • Work weekends as required to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in an office setting.
  • Must be able to work weekends as required.
  • Strong ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Healthcare industry experience is an asset but not required.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills to handle various administrative tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills (Additional language skills are considered an asset).
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Medical terminology knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.
