Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and account
reconciliations
- Conduct account analysis and assist with budgeting
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero,
etc., to maintain financial records
- Provide administrative support in other areas as
necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar
role
- Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage,
Xero, etc.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and
accounts receivable processes
- Knowledge of payroll processing and account
reconciliation
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis effectively
