Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee operational logistics within our organization. The ideal candidate has some experience or equivalent experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth operation of various logistics activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize operational logistics to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Co-ordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless operations.

• Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights on logistics performance.

• Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in logistics.

• Recruit and hire staff to support business operations and growth.

• Train workers on job duties, company policies, and best practices.

• Arrange training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to maintain high standards of performance.

• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

• Organize and maintain inventory to support operational demands.

• Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• Experience: 6 months experience in logistics, operations, or related fields.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and logistics software.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
