Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, conduct research, and support promotional activities. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, a college diploma (or equivalent), and strong analytical and communication skills. This role involves working on various marketing initiatives, including market research, advertising, and digital marketing, to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing policies to align with company objectives.
- Conduct surveys and analyze consumer behavior to understand buying habits and preferences in wholesale and retail markets.
- Perform comparative research on industrial and commercial marketing strategies.
- Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to improve market reach.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Plan and coordinate special publicity events and promotional campaigns.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications materials for marketing initiatives.
- Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Design and develop market research questionnaires to gather critical business insights.
- Execute online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to enhance digital presence.
- Develop and refine marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: College diploma or certificate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (1 to 2 years program).
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, market research, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and website promotions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with content creation, social media marketing, and advertising is a plus.
