Responsibilities
- Unload, unpack, pack, and load various incoming materials.
- Verify deliveries, inspect for damage, receive goods, and issue materials in the ERP system.
- Organize transportation and shipping of robots, switchgear, and parts, including issuing proper documentation.
- Manage material reservations, returns, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Organize, store, and label received materials for traceability.
- Stage materials for production and perform inventory counts.
- Conduct incoming inspections of materials.
- Engage positively with vendors and drivers and perform other related duties as assigned by the team lead or management.
Qualifications:
- Proficient
in SAP with hands-on experience.
- Good
verbal and written communication.
- Experienced
with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Forklift
certification (overhead crane, Reach truck, electric and propane
forklift).
- TDG
Certificate (transport of dangerous goods) is preferred
- Trained
in Fall Protection is preferred
- 2-4
years shipping- receiving experience.
- High
school diploma.
- Able
to do repetitive work.
- Strong
organizational and time-management skills.
- A
strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining
a strong commitment to safety is critical.
- Stand or sit for extended periods.
