Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone and or email requests for
commercial cooking equipment service in a professional and courteous
manner.
- Previous experience working in an environment
dispatching Service Technicians to provide on site service to clients
required.
- Act as the primary contact for a list of active
customers
- Gather detailed information regarding the equipment
that requires service. Make, Model, serial #, and what is happening with
the equipment.
- Entering all information into a work order under the
customer master profile in our system. Understand the importance of
gathering the right questions and entering this information into the
system.
- Work with the Dispatch Manager to schedule and dispatch
the service calls.
- Provide service updates and handle all customer inquiries
and concerns.
- Provide clients with status updates regarding service
calls.
- Work closely with the Parts department and the field
Service Technicians
- Enter work orders and invoices into system.
- Proof read work orders and invoices prior to sending to
clients for payment processing.
- Processing client credit card payments
- Follow up on pending service calls with Technicians to
ensure completion of all pending work orders .
- Follow up on pending part orders for pending work
orders
- Communicating parts received on pending work orders
with Service Technician and scheduling service call.
- Ensuring all F.R.I.E.S. customers have an excellent
client experience.
- Schedule Preventative Maintenance calls
- Conduct after service customer satisfaction surveys
- Upsell service offerings to our customers
- Invoice generation
- Data entry
- Filing
- Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to proofread and make corrections on invoices
- Professional and courteous to both internal and
external clients
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
