Delivery Specialist/License Clerk

Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all vehicles scheduled for delivery are
properly prepared – detailed, licensed, fueled, etc.
- Scheduling a delivery time that is convenient for the
client and customizing the delivery based on the client’s preference.
- Presenting keys and relevant paperwork to the client.
- Demonstrating interior and exterior vehicle features
and personalizing the delivery to align with the client’s needs/interests.
- Communicating the benefits of the vehicle purchased as
well as the dealership’s services and amenities.
- Other duties as required by management.
Licensing
- Process Vehicle Titles and Registrations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare and submit documents for title and registration
of new and used vehicles.
- Enter vehicle and customer information into dealership
online systems.
- Monitor electronic filing systems for accuracy and
completeness.
- Collaborate with sales staff and finance managers to
gather required paperwork.
- Ensure all documents are ready and correct before
submission.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Must have Ontario Full G License
- Must have a clean driving record.
